Rules of the development of consciousness

Written by Thursday, 20 June 2013 00:00   Read 19494 times

 Working with information

One ought not to dismiss any piece of information simply because it does not match their mental or social standards. Some people tend to reject information because, as they claim, it does not resonate with their inner self. This resonance is nothing more than an attempt at fitting the information into the mind’s content.

If humankind upholds this approach, it will never gain any new knowledge. A higher level of consciousness cannot be reached through confirming old thought patterns.

While analyzing the information, one should keep an objective viewpoint. It means one should be able to reject their own schemes and verify a new piece of information with the model information, which is consistent with the universal Truth. Our whole universe is built on the basis of this Truth. There is a theoretical possibility for each being to discover the Truth. But only theoretical. This is not easy in practice. Most people do not have access to the Truth. They use mental patterns - beliefs. Such being’s mind operate on these beliefs and recognize them as its core. Meanwhile, beliefs are neither solid nor universal. They are merely creations of the mind at a given moment in time. Eastern philosophies refer to them as illusion or maya.

To sum up: we need to diagnose each line of thought as either belief or the universal Truth. Detection and exposure of one’s own beliefs is a milestone on the path of development. Each being who has reached this goal is already practically enlightened. Not everyone is capable of doing it. If so, he has all the more reason to practice objective analysis of information.

Knowledge is the collection of information into a coherent whole. Through operating and assimilating knowledge, consciousness is created. Assimilation of knowledge is a state where it is impossible to distinguish the knowledge from ‘a knowing’.

A being is knowledge. This may be described as consciousness of knowledge.

The path to knowledge, and even more so to consciousness, is difficult yet fun and exciting. In order to gain knowledge, one needs to make an effort to understand each issue in its broadest context and include as many aspects of the situation as the mind is able to encompass. So-called cramming, or simply gathering information, does not bring results. Understanding comes through investigation, analysis of numerous variants of knowledge and search for confirmation on the matrix of the Universe.

Team effort brings good results. Group discussions and exchange of information. Brainstorming may provide us with new possibilities of data manipulation. Discussions, however, make no sense if disputing parties become entrenched in their positions and constantly assault each other. A key to creative discussion is the strategy of ‘borrowing’ thinking categories from one another. This allows us to exchange algorithms and replenish any deficiencies. It enables creation of new mind connections. The outcome of the discussion itself is less important. Thought processes are what really matters. The more controversial the data (and the more it disrupts the balance) - the more valuable the work. Let me quote my personal credo: ‘The best that I can do for you is to introduce you to cognitive conflict’. Only cognitive conflict gives us the chance to break our mental habits.

This issue relates also to receiving information and taking knowledge on trust. Faith is a form of mental suicide. This principle applies to all areas of life. Faith is understood here not only as a religious confession. It is a blind trust in scientific dogma, in moral and philosophical beliefs etc. Uncritical acceptance of prevailing beliefs, as well as their affirmation, constitute the basis of faith, not knowledge.

Diversity

Each cosmic creature, including human being, is much more than just a simple mechanism programmed to act in a certain way. The Universe is rich in contents that every being wishing to develop harmoniously needs to absorb. There are no ready prescriptions. If I had to suggest some modus vivendi, it would be diversity. The whole point is to master as many skills and disciplines as possible. Knowledge in some particular field, however wide, proves to be insufficient. One needs to be a person of high morals, sophisticated and well-mannered; to develop various characteristics; to consciously maintain interpersonal relations, control emotions, be compassionate, creative, sensitive to art. We could enlist traits of the perfect human being endlessly.

These are manifestations of essential mind’s functions, which ought to be developed simultaneously:

-maintaining successful relationships with reality and other beings

-self-constructiveness i.e. the ability to create oneself

-knowledge of purposes of one’s existence

-implementation of evolutionary path, i.e. fulfilling one’s tasks and pursuing a goal determined in one’s evolutionary path

-uniting oneself within oneself

-making use of both external and internal perception

-contact with consciousness networks, i.e. access to the above-mentioned universal Truth

-compatibility with the external flow

-intuitive knowledge, i.e. being guided by knowledge, not necessarily consciously. Our knowledge is not limited to scientific facts. It is everything we know about our life, environment and ourselves.

All these functions should be developed simultaneously. It does not mean at once. But larger imbalances and backlogs ought to be avoided. If they occur, a being is threatened with the disturbance of structural balance and, in consequence, disintegration. He starts drifting to decay.

A man does not have to pack countless activities into a single incarnation. It often happens that he chooses to focus on one function. However, those well-developed or eagerly willing to develop tend to get involved in lots of activities throughout their incarnation. They usually cannot specialize solely in one field.

There is a widespread wrongful conviction that a spiritual being is some sort of an abnegate. He does not participate in life, in its problems, joys and everything it brings. He just sits in meditation, hungry and barefoot. Nothing could be further from the truth - and more ridiculous. Could you imagine a great cosmic being and a great master as an inept, clueless bumpkin sitting in the corner? Is that how the highest representative of God is supposed to look like? I guess this point of view is the legacy of a medieval ideology of pseudo-Christian martyrdom.

Experiencing

There is a general belief that a self-conscious man is calm, even indifferent. His peace of mind comes from isolation. He avoids intensive experiences and lacks sensitivity to others. He is guarded with his emotions. He locks himself in the world of inner silence. This mistake leads to the waste of incarnation along with evolutionary opportunities it offers.

Only intensive mind training allows us to collate algorithms and programs that build our structure and consciousness. This work manifests itself as strong reception of the mind’s activeness. And vice versa - strong emotions intensify processes of the mind. That is how e.g. love mechanisms work. One mustn’t isolate oneself from outer experience in the belief that mental stagnation is an evolutionary achievement.

Beings of the highest levels of consciousness, intensively receiving values of the Core, tend to display a high level of passion and commitment. This, however, should be distinguished from emotional instability. Emotional instability is characterized by racing thoughts, irritability, lack of concentration, mood swings, inability to pursue long-term goals etc.

Passion is something exactly the opposite. A human being driven by passion is consistent and focused. He deeply experiences his action. He does everything to his heart’s content. He is spontaneously creative. He is ready to make sacrifices to freely express his essence. Passion is a manifestation of the Core’s values’ reception, the highest form of inspiration.

One of the most effective ways to activate your deepest feelings is to pursue a variety of extreme sports. Under extreme conditions a man enters into communication with the essence of his inner self. Many are the times when, in the face of death, people experience some sort of mind awakening, deeper sense of being, recognition of the source of their life. Similar phenomena take place during a severe illness with an uncertain prognosis. Sometimes a man arrives at the conclusion that the disease saved his life and allowed him to penetrate his own depth.

Let us not, however, blow this out of proportion. Life cannot be built on earth-shattering events only. We all need some relaxation and repose. An entire incarnation may be dedicated to stabilization. At certain evolutionary stages one needs to focus on one’s Self. On contemplation, meditation, philosophical investigations. On exploration of the Universe, both theoretical and empirical. Theoretical knowledge seems to be obvious and readily available, but how to examine the Universe empirically?

This can be achieved with the aid of the mind. It is the most effective method of cognitive perception, applied by the most advanced beings in our Universe. It involves both sensory and extrasensory perception. Each being is equipped with such possibilities. They can be developed through so-called spiritual development techniques. I do not think this is the most adequate term, as the spiritual development involves any form of activity that leads to enriching our experience and wisdom. Extrasensory perception is just crowning touch to the whole process of growth.

One mustn’t judge oneself and others too rashly or adjust one’s life to imposed standards. Each of us has to assess their needs and act according to their inner voice - unless it is someone else’s voice. It may belong to mommy, daddy, priest, politician, demon, HAARP etc.

Empathy development

In order to evolve in a well-balanced way, one needs to pay attention to the empathy centre. In our culture we tend to accentuate the importance of empathy. Empathy is not the most important of our mind functions, but it certainly is the most neglected one. Our civilization stimulates the development of analytical skills, useful for academic teaching, whereas there is too little emphasis on compassion. It is even considered a weakness. A human being sensitive to other creatures have difficulties surviving in this cruel environment ruled by violence and competitiveness. We are expected to be tough guys, not sympathetic wimps. In opposition to widely held assumptions, schools of spiritual techniques put emphasis on the improvement of these ignored functions, especially since the empathy development is a prerequisite for activating the heart chakra.

Self-observation and self-knowledge (self-consciousness)

This is one of the keys to consciousness advancement. Not until a man is aware of all his action mechanisms, has he the right to call himself well-developed. Therefore, a concern for one’s own well-being and growth should not be denounced as a sin of narcissism. This is an essential component of development. Most people tend to analyze everyone else’s inner life, completely overlooking their own. It should be the other way round.

Working on Self has no end. Inside each of us there are always plenty of hidden secrets. The most difficult task is to notice our own faults, as well as recognize causes and mechanisms of our actions. This is why it is advisable to regularly consult with others. Find out how they perceive us. Observe our behavior towards them. Monitor and analyze our emotions. Examine where the emotions come from and why they are the way they are. Investigate when they first appeared and in which circumstances. This will show us the link between emotions and mind programs.

A program is a mental automaton. It ought to be recognized.

This itself means a partial control over the program. The removal of the program occurs through its continuous rejection, as well as acting upon conscious will instead of blind mechanisms. It is also possible to remove the program through special therapy.

Observe reactions to the situations in life. Investigate why such and not different emotions arise. Ask questions on received answers and reflect deeply on the subject. It will turn out that each answer contains three new files to study. Confronting others also proves useful for such analysis. Discussing ourselves with friends. Other people can serve us as mirrors and show us things we would not be able to notice by ourselves.

Normal psychological condition of a human being can be compared to being locked in a box. A man cannot see the outside of the box. For this he needs a mirror. We need not to worry if we find other people’s judgments disappointing and unpleasant. Even better - such disappointment may be a milestone on our path of investigation. I assure you that this is a very creative approach and you should not be afraid of it. It teaches us to objectively observe and accept ourselves. This all might appear quite complex, but dealing with this complexity is what the whole process of the consciousness (and self-consciousness) development is all about.

I would recommend any type of therapy leading to wider awareness, as well as self-examination with the help of accessible methods of personality analysis, such as astrology or numerology. I have to warn the reader, however, against being dogmatic about such packages of data. They are supposed to serve as a mirror, not as a reference point. As far as self-education is concerned, fortune braves those who live in close vicinity to someone of the higher level of consciousness. Such person is a treasure trove of algorithms and knowledge, and can be compared to an evolutionary trampoline catapulting others to more advanced levels. That does not mean the teacher should be hailed as a master and a guru whose remarks and reprimands automatically turn into dogma.

One should also steer clear of mentors who enforce their own principles without leaving any space for their mentees choices and conclusions. They are gunning for believers. Instead of unlocking the consciousness, this approach only bolts it shut. One should also beware of the companionship of people with low aspirations and low self-awareness. They usually manage to take the wind of our sails.

Purification of the mind

The process of working on the mind should begin with so-called purification. It involves removal of mental deposits, i.e. end products of mind matter metabolism. These deposits result from excessive activity of the mind, caused by persistent emotions. These emotions are the results of toxic programs. In order to get to the bottom of the problem, that is, to the mind programs, first one need to dig one’s authentic mind out of all the trash in which it drowns. Then either shed some light on this trash, or remove it. Emotions ought to be a useful tool of perception, not an instrument of torture. They are supposed to turn on only when it does not interfere with constructional assumptions of the mind, instead of continuously throwing a person around. Such excitement tends to trigger fixated programs, which ought to be either removed, or overcome.

Understanding of the world

It is difficult to visualize a conscious human being totally unaware of his surroundings. Lack of interest in politics and current affairs is rather undesirable and does not aid the development. A flood of global information ought to be, however, subjected to critical analysis and not clouded by media interpretation.

In itself, information is neither good nor bad. It is its ‘pigeonholing’ that makes it potentially harmful. Slavish acceptance of imposed ‘boilerplates’ also damages consciousness. For that reason, one ought to read between lines and search for hidden meanings. Assemble pieces of information into a coherent whole and thus build up knowledge of reality. When practiced constantly, this method enables one to arrive at a consistent, objective viewpoint, independent of interpretations enforced by the mass media. It is these interpretations which one should beware of. They are a form of manipulation created to propagate among viewers a particular vision of the world, convenient for this world’s leaders.

Cooperation with the Earth

One of the biggest maladies the world is suffering from is the unlimited exploitation of our planet. People see the planet as a lifeless cosmic object that has a duty to carry them, feed them and allow them to devastate itself. This is a popular misconception.

The planet Earth is a self-aware living organism and does not have to put up with such behavior. She has just initiated a rebellion and it seems like we are suddenly thrown on her mercy. Her rebellion will continue to grow together with her advantage over humanity.

In order to ‘humor’ the Earth, we need to cooperate with her, help her recover from wounds inflicted by mankind. But this is a topic for a different work.

For a single human being, entering into cooperation with the Earth is important for two different reasons. First of all - he can use its energy. By living in harmony with the environment and with the energy system of the Earth, he gets access to its power.

All matter is based on the elements, which may be consciously manipulated thus creating possibilities. A man, with all its creations, is built from matter of planet. Cooperation with the Earth, as well as acting in accordance with environmental principles, can bring him greater benefits than fighting it. Obviously, he never will be able to overpower such enormous force.

Secondly: the planet expects our support and by refusing to provide it, we condemn ourselves to suffer necessary consequences.

Cooperation with the Earth is not a particularly difficult task. It may be achieved through various ecological gestures. Thinking of the Earth as a partner, not as a slave. Predicting what environmental effects are expected before an action is taken.

Deeper level of cooperation involves contact with structural grids, consciousness nets and phase space of the planet. The last two possibilities occur sporadically in human civilization, but integrating with structural grids is well within capabilities of an average person.

It may be achieved through listening to the rhythm of the Earth, entering into communication with grounds, waters, plants. Listening to ‘the melody of nature’. Visualizing unity with forces of nature. Searching for contact with elementals.

Even more advanced form of cooperation occurs through deliberate manipulations on building grids of the third density (crystals, orgone generators) and working with the second density. These procedures, however, can be performed only by beings capable of doing it and fully aware of what they are doing. Such procedures ought not to be overused, as this may cause more harm than good.

Shamans of various cultures developed the ability to cooperate with the Earth. In these traditions such rituals are usually correctly formulated. Shamans have this knowledge in their blood. It would be a good idea to propagate shamanic rituals, as well as participate in them. Both the planet and each individual being benefit from shamanic rituals, as they sharpen senses and facilitate access to the forces of the whole natural environment. Attention should be paid, however, to what kind of specialist executes the rituals and what reactions they evoke. Nothing is straightforward.

These procedures can also do harm when overused. If they cause a person to suffer physical decline, they should be either abandoned or at least limited. General feeling of being unwell shortly after the process is perfectly normal, due to disturbance of homeostasis caused by surge of ‘forces’.

But gradual physical and mental decline indicates that the rituals are either improperly performed or too strenuous. Confrontation with such mighty forces may exceed the limits of one’s endurance.

Moreover, one ought to shun rituals involving the fourth density. Since there are very few true specialists in this field, I would not recommend engaging in such practices. There is a risk of getting possessed by creatures from lower spheres of fourth density. These creatures display a high level of aggression and one should not enter into any relations with them.

Second density rituals are relatively safe.

How to distinguish them?

Second density rituals involve elements and forces of nature, whereas fourth density rituals include cooperation with creatures.

Meditation

There is a conviction that meditation is the path to development of Self and that people who do not meditate remain stagnant. This is untrue. From meditation alone consciousness will not be acquired. Meditation is not an end in itself, but simply one of the tools for facilitating and stimulating development. It does not guarantee progress in development, although its lack may slow it down.

There are different types of meditation. In general, it makes no difference, which type one chooses. It is preferable to meditate in many different ways. Strengthening mental habits closes the mind off, instead of motivating it. Diversity of experiences is a condition of harmonious growth.

Different types of meditation are targeted at different goals. There is no guarantee, however, that by practicing a specific method one will necessarily accomplish its task. Each meditation has its own levels of difficulty.

The most popular meditation techniques are those we could call inertial. In fact, most of the meditations performed by untrained practitioners with lower mental capabilities unavoidably turn out to be inertial meditation. Its task is to slow down as many structural programs as possible, in other words - to quiet one’s mind. It can be helpful in harnessing the unruly mind, in self-healing - through stress reduction, and in self-examination.

In addition, reaching the state of inner silence is a prerequisite for intensive brainwork, that is e.g. reading from consciousness nets, all kinds of insights.

Transcendental meditation (properly performed) allows an insight into the core of the mind at the fourth density. Performed exceptionally well, and by a being at a more advanced level, may lead to an insight into the corsup’s core at the fifth density.

Zen meditation. Its task and aim is to enter into mind consciousness at fourth density. This is the easiest part. In a more advanced form - into corpus supremum consciousness on the fifth density. In the most advanced form - into Self area, or even deep into wide cosmos, i.e. on the consciousness networks.

This process may be referred to as entry into emptiness. In reality this is not emptiness, but contact with source information for the Universe.

The impression of emptiness is caused by the incapability to read information from the networks and from the whole space. Very few beings are capable of receiving this information.

Mer-Ka-Ba meditation. Travelling through the fourth density in a vehicle especially created for this purpose (personal spaceship).

Working with the second density

A man is a system of connected vessels. He consists of:

-the body in the third density

-energy supply system in the second density

-the mind at the fourth density

-and corsup/pre-corsup at the fifth density

This is all interconnected via diffraction coatings along with transition shapes. In order for the system to operate smoothly, all these parts need to work. In order for a man to receive impulses from other densities, the whole system of transmitters has to function properly. Often it does not.

The system is based upon etheric shell. If the etheric shell lacks strength, it weakens the whole organism.

Hence the saying: ‘A sound mind is a sound body’.

Physical exercises and working with second density favour strengthening of the etheric shell. Physical inactivity causes ethereal channels to clog up, and blocks building grids of the third density.

Any types of activity may be helpful here, with the exception of those too strenuous or involving small muscle groups. Yoga is perfectly suitable for this purpose.

Working with the second density is attainable through special breathing techniques and physical and mental exercises.

There is a wide range of breathing techniques, as well as readily available guidebooks on this subject.

Physical-mental exercises: chi-kung, tai-chi and yoga.

Mental exercise: visualizing flows of specific particles and filling oneself with them.

Movement in the fresh air also supplies the organism with second density particles, but to a lesser extent than above-mentioned practices.

Nutrition

Nutrition is not essential for personal growth. It will not enrich our minds. It may, however, have a huge impact on receipt of impulses from other densities.

What is the point of possessing a colossal structure on the fifth density, if its small fragment within the body has a foggy identification of it? The body is a dull, rusty conductor of impulses from other densities.

In order to feel, the body needs some adjustments. It cannot function correctly when each of its cells drowns in sludge of various waste products and poisons. This sludge ought to be scoured off. This can be accomplished through a variety of cleansing diets.

But above all, we ought not to pollute our bodies on a daily basis. Consumption of carrion, popularly referred to as meat, have a devastating effect on the organism. This especially applies to ‘wonderful’ cold cuts, the results of our greedy producer’s creative outburst. In addition to being concentrate of all poisons the animal has been fed, meat also contains element and factor of death. This definitely does not aid in the building of living tissue.

One ought not to eat or drink highly processed products teeming with all possible chemicals.

One ought not to use a microwave, as it strips foods of their second density energy.

Relationships with other people

Volumes could be written on this subject. I would only like to highlight here the importance of such relations. Being trapped in a toxic relationship obviously does not favour the consciousness development. I refer to the situations when a person constantly struggles with traumatized states of mind that generate emotional garbage and disrupt all remaining mind functions. In attempting to evolve consciously, one needs to dispose of such relationships or at least develop mental mechanisms of ‘immunization’ against them. If the attempt proves successful - a daunting experience turns into an uplifting one. It is important, however, not to exceed one’s own stress endurance capacity. Stress is supposed to be a stimulus to creativity, not a destructive force.

Protection against HAARP

HAARP technology is being widely used at the moment.

It mashes fragile human minds into a pulp. Even beings of higher levels of consciousness, not prone to any form of indoctrination, are deeply affected by HAARP. It should be considered a serious problem.

Now I shall provide a method of defending against indoctrination. It is, admittedly, very difficult. It demands self-consciousness, at the same time increasing its degree. It involves actual working on the mind.

  1. Relax and enter into your mind. Search for contents responsible for body coordination. You do not have to aim at a particular point, but simply feel that this is ‘it’. Get in touch with ‘it’ and embrace this pattern with consciousness.

  1. Acknowledge the existence of your own empathy center (i.e. of empathy as such) and, from this perspective, observe your emotions. It is as if emotions were received through filters of feeling and compassion. Now observe your own reactions responsible for social interactions.

  1. Take a couple of deep breaths (important) and consciously identify with your body. Embrace yourself with consciousness and persevere with this state as long as possible (it will take at most couple of minutes - the exercise requires an exhausting degree of concentration).

  1. Now, from this point of view, take a look at your mental templates and get accustomed to them.

We ought not to, of course, take things to the extreme and shut ourselves away in our own systems, putting them together into an unchangeable monolith. We must seek to transform ourselves and assimilate new data packages. It is necessary, however, to keep a balance between learning and programming.

Learning processes are under our conscious control, whereas programming is handed down from above. Each package of data must be verified by our consciousness. We are not mindless machines.

If we fail at performing this exercise, the biggest mistake we can make is to doubt our own abilities. The attempt is an impressive achievement itself - both for consciousness and self-awareness.

I have briefly outlined the conditions, under which human mind and personality have the opportunity to develop. Personality development provides knowledge and experience for corpus supremum. This, in turn, use them to construct its own greatness and awareness.

The combination of countless numbers of experiences to which all beings, even those of a temporary nature, are subjected, enriches the experience of the whole Universe and builds its magnificence, as well as the diversity of our space.
